NATCHEZ — The 10th annual Cox Hill Fall Festival and Haunted Trail Ride will be this Friday and Saturday and Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.

The gates are open from 7 p.m. until.

Admission is $7 adults and $4 for children. Oct. 30 is “walk the trail” night. Admission is $1 for everyone from 7 p.m.-10 p.m.

The festival is geared toward children. Booths will be set up for them to play games and to win prizes, and there is a small haunted house for children to walk through.

A concession stand and live entertainment by DJ Nate will be set up while you wait for the trail ride.

The trail ride is for children and adults. There are re-creations of horror movie scenes and creatures jumping out of the woods. The trail ride takes you through the woods that lasts approximately 15 minutes.

The event is a benefit fundraiser for the Gauthier family of Natchez to help with funeral expenses.
