VIDALIA — Concordia Parish Library is sponsoring a piano concert at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Concordia Bank Lobby in Vidalia.

A “Dazzling Piano Concert” will feature Vladimir Zaitsev. Zaitsev was born in Kiev, USSR, and introduced to the world of music of performing arts by his mother.

Through the years he has developed a unique mix of light classical favorites and popular selections presented in an informal and lighthearted style.

The audience is presented with dazzling pianism, heartfelt vocal renditions and a mixture of delightful and personal anecdotes.

This program is co-sponsored by Concordia Bank & Trust and the Comfort Suites Riverfront.

This program is also supported and funded by DAF-The Decentralized Arts Fund of the State of Louisiana.

This program is free and open to the public.

The baby grand piano, beautiful flowers and a pianist will be waiting for guests Thursday night.
