Vidalia — The Franklin Family from Jena, La., will be in concert at the First Saturday Gospel Music Fest at Cornerstone Church in Vidalia at 6 p.m. today.

The family group has been in fulltime music evangelism since Jan. 28, 2007, and go to churches, meetings and any Christian event where they are invited.

Craig has served various churches in the Central Louisiana area as a music and youth minister for many years. He and his brothers formed a Gospel Singing Ministry when they were teenagers.

First Saturday is a monthly community- based music program where everyone is welcome.
