BUDE — Services for Lovella Harris, 82, of Bude, who died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be at 11 a.m. today at Bude Church of God in Christ.

Burial will follow at Oak Grove Community Church Cemetery in Franklin County under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mrs. Harris was born Aug. 26, 1926, in Union City, Tenn., the daughter of Willie Mae and Joe Alexander.

Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by her husband, LaGree Harris and her parents.

Survivors include one son, John B. Knight and wife, Veola, both of Bude; two daughters, Willa M. Kinds and Fancine Chaleston; six grandchildren, John H. Knight, Denise Knight, Beverly Jones, Teresa Samuels, Tony Kinds and Terry Kinds; nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends.
