NATCHEZ — Services for Shelby Glenn Fielder, 55, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008, will be at 11 .am. today at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with the Rev. Joel Har and Brad Fielder officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be today from 10 a.m. until services begin.

Mr. Fielder was born April 22, 1953, in Yazoo City, the son of Harvey L. and Mary Ann Schlette Fielder.

He was the owner of Field’s Heating and Cooling and was a proud father and doting “Pop Pop.”

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Carrol Fielder, of Natchez; two sons, Brad Fielder and his wife, Naomi, of Golden Meadow, La; Todd Fielder and his wife, Samantha, of Natchez; three grandchildren, Chandler Corbin, Abigail Fielder and Madelyn Fielder; one sister Rebecca Campbell, of Madison; one brother, Harvey G. Fielder and his wife, Linda, of Mandeville, La; a number of nieces and nephews; and two grandpuppies, Bentley and Bailey.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Faust, Dustin Carroll, Mike Cooper, Clint Campbell, Jason Campbell and Johnny Gary.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie McGhee, Greg Easterling, Gordon Easterling, Curtis Cowart Jr., Dewayne Schlette, David Carroll and Cody Carroll.
