VIDALIA — Services for Dianne Taylor, 49, of Vidalia, who died Sunday, Dec. 21, 2008, at her residence, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Vidalia with the Rev. Dan Glenn and Sheriff Randy Maxwell officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Vidalia.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home and from noon until service time Wednesday at the church.
Mrs. Taylor was born Oct. 2, 1959, in Magnolia, the daughter of Bennie and Nellie Harrell. She was a deputy sheriff with the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office and was a member of First Baptist Church in Vidalia.
She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother, B.B. Harrell.
Survivors include her husband, David Taylor; her mother of Vidalia; one son, Jason Taylor and wife, Ashley, both of Monroe, La.; one daughter, Abby Taylor of Vidalia; one brother, Mike Harrell of Vidalia; one granddaughter, Annabelle Temple of Tennessee; three grandsons, Caden Taylor and Conner Taylor, both of Sterlington, La. and C.J. Taylor of Washington; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ellis and Virgie Taylor, both of Ferriday; three sisters-in-law, Connie Seyfarth and husband, William, and Tammy Taylor, all of Ferriday, and Sarah Harrell of Shreveport, La.; one brother-in-law, Randy Taylor and wife, Letha, both of Vidalia; three special friends, Patti White, Missy Cangemi and Regina Donald; and dog, Fancy.
Pallbearers will be Randy Maxwell, Kenny Wayne Burns, Eddie White, Storm Cangemi, Gerald Austin and William Seyfarth.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rex Archer, Bo Whittington, Paul Cangemi, Heath Seyfarth, Dewayne Kenny, Wes Sheffield and Ken Allen.
