FERRIDAY — Services for Lonnie Lee Raymond, 76, of Jonesville, who died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be at 11 a.m. today at Concordia Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wilbert Mason officiating.
Burial of cremains will follow at St. James Church Cemetery in Frogmore under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Ms. Raymond was born April 10, 1932, in Helena, Ark., the daughter of Lonnie and Hazel Childs Raymond.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include five brothers, Bennie Hurd of LaPlace, La., Luke Hurd of Ferriday, Mack Mahaffy of New Orleans, Ron Stewart of Oakland, Calif. and Tommy Stewart of Chicago; two sisters, Mattie Evans of New Orleans and Maxine Mahaffy of Ferriday; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
