NATCHEZ — Monday’s meeting between the Adams County Board of Supervisors and Natchez Regional Medical Center’s administrators ended with no official action taken.

Hospital CEO Scott Phillips said the hospital is still in negotiations with a bidder and no vote was brought to the board.
