Natchez — Brenda Williams, owner of Ja’Nels Flowers and Gifts in Natchez recently announced that the flower and gift shop will re-open its doors on Feb. 3.
Williams was forced to shut down operation after the Dec. 9 tornado ripped the roof off of her store. The store received damage from rain and mold began growing on the water soaked walls and floor.
The shop, located at the intersection of John R. Junkin Drive and Lower Woodville Road, was the only business in the shopping center that was forced to close for an extended period of time.
Williams said she was thankful to be able to reopen just in time for the Valentine’s shopping season.
