ROXIE — Funeral services for Katie Ruth Fleming Morgan, 71, of Roxie, who died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009, at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Meadville, will be 11 a.m. Monday at East Roxie Church of Christ.

Burial will follow a New Fork-Meadville Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m. today at Marshall Funeral Home Chapel in Bude.

Mrs. Morgan was born Sept. 3, 1937, to Luther Fleming and Lula Harris White. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James C. Morgan; and three brothers.

Survivors include three sons, Alec Fleming and wife Windia and Charlie Cameron of Roxie, and Jeffrey Morgan and wife Raynene of Atlanta; three daughters, Blanchie Johnson, Dorothy Ford and Alice Jackson and husband Carl, all of Roxie; four sisters, Rosie Sanders and husband Murphy of Gloster, Dorothy Williams, Beatrice Stampley and husband Leroy and Pearlie Mae Green and husband Jamie, all of Roxie; three brothers, Luther Harris, L.J. White and Pearlie White, all of Roxie; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
