Natchez — Marlon Copeland, broker for Century 21 River Cities Realty, announced that Karla Martin, Heather Henry and Kathryn McCabe Killelea received certificates upon completion of CREATE 21 course.

This is Century 21 franchise’s educational course that trains agents in the fundamentals of sales.

The agents are trained in all of the steps required to complete a satisfactory sale. Incorporated into this course are the technological skills of today’s real estate world.
