NATCHEZ — Since its inception several months ago the ranks of the recycling committee have been dwindling.

On Tuesday, the group, now called the Adams County Green Alliance, had only two members at it meeting.

Steve McNerney and his wife, Mary Jo, said they’re not ready to give up their idea of promoting “green education and green awareness,” for the county.

But they need help.

It was two months ago when the group deiced to no longer pursue recycling due to its cost prohibitive nature.

Now the McNerneys are focused on rebuilding the group.
