NATCHEZ — On Thursday, Chancery Court Judge George Ward sided with Mark Trevisiol in Trevisiol’s suit against John Rivera.
The suit netted Trevisiol more than $121,000 in damages.
In Ward’s findings he said Rivera defrauded Trevisiol and was unjustly enriched by Trevisiol’s acquisition of a Port Gibson warehouse for Rivera’s use.
Rivera, CEO of Sustainable Power Corporation, was supposed to have used the warehouse as a bio-fuels development facility.
Rivera also planned to open a bio-fuel facility at the Adams County port, but never did.
