NATCHEZ — Bowie’s Tavern is having a benefit tonight to raise money for the Adams County Humane Society’s building fund.

Six bands will be featured from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. — Backroads, Stan & Lena, Maggie Brown, Blue Haired Mafia, Legacy and Full Moon Band.

Southwest Distributors have partnered in the benefit, and Bowie’s will donate $1 of each aluminum bottle of Anheuseur Busch purchased.

Bowie’s will also donate $1 from each food purchase to be donated to the building fund.

Cover charge is $10 — 100 percent of which will be donated to the building fund.

Raffle tickets will also be sold at $1 for a free steak dinner and a $25 bar tab at Bowie’s.
