VIDALIA — Cliff Merritt, President and CEO of Delta Bank announced the recent promotion of Shannon O. Parker to banking officer.

Parker has been employed by Delta Bank for three years as manager of the loan operations department. She has over 14 years banking experience, including both deposit and loan knowledge.

She is a graduate of Vidalia High School and attended the University of Louisiana, Monroe. Parker has also completed courses with the American Bankers Association.

She is a resident of the Miss-Lou. She is married to Fred Parker, and they have two sons.
