Rosie Jones Bell

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Services for Rosie L. Jones Bell, 75, of Louisville, Ky., who died Friday, March 27, 2009, at East Baptist Hospital, were at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, at Perryman’s Mortuary Chapel where the Rev. Lincoln N. Bingham officiated.

Memorial services will be at a later date.

Burial was at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff, Ky., under the direction of Perryman’s Mortuary.

Mrs. Bell was born Jan. 19, 1934, in Natchez, the daughter of Nomidee Proby Jones and Artis Jones.

She was a member of West End Baptist Church and the church choir.

Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and four sisters.

Survivors include her husband, Lacy Bell; daughter, Jeanette Jones Ware; sons, Roosevelt Jones and Michael Jones; brothers, Alvin Jones, Pete Jones, Johnny Jones and T.J. Woods.
