Lepoleon Grinnell

NATCHEZ — Services for Lepoleon “Black” Grinnell, 54, of Natchez, who died Friday, April 17, 2009, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Bright Star Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Sunday at the church.
Mr. Grinnell was born June 5, 1954, in Adams County, the son of Fellie Grinnell and Mary Francis Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one son.
Survivors include a loving and devoted fiancée, Linda McGuire of Natchez; one daughter, Stacey Grinnell of West Palm Beach, Fla.; five sisters, Erma Jean Hudson of Compton, Calif., Earnestine King of Port Gibson, Addie Grinnell of Jackson, Bernadine Brinkley of Athens, Ala., and Mary Grinnell of Natchez; two brothers, Ulysis Jackson of Los Angeles and Alfred Holt Sr., of Natchez; seven grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
