NATCHEZ — Services for Percy Williams, 68, of Natchez, who died Saturday, May 2, 2009, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Daughter of Zion Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time at the church.
Mr. Williams was born May 26, 1940, in Adams County, the son of Elmore and Lizzie Dromgoole Williams.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose L. Williams; and his parents.
Survivors include seven children, Bobbie Lynn Stephens, Percy Williams Jr., Tennessee Williams, Mitchell Latham, LaTorsha Latham, Kelvin Latham and Michael Latham; one brother, Elmore Williams and wife, Fannie; two sisters, Claudia Quinn and Mary L. Morris; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Latham; six brothers-in-law, Alexander, Johnny, John Henry, David, Emerson and Ron Latham; four sisters-in-law, Tennessee, Mary, Lanecy and Alice Latham; 14 grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
