WASHINGTON, D.C. — Services for Robert Lee Jackson, 70, of Oxon Hill, Md., formerly of Natchez, who died Saturday, May 9, 2009, will be 11 a.m. Saturday.
Arrangements are under the direction of Latney’s Funeral Home, Inc., in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Jackson was born Jan. 30, 1939, in Natchez, the son of David Jackson and Aslena Smith Jackson.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Nellie Walker Jackson; one son, Robert Jackson Jr.; two sisters, Camille Green and husband, Alonzo, of Natchez and Melissa Bolden of Champaign, Ill.; one brother, Mitchell Jackson and wife, Hilda, of New Orleans; one adopted brother, Leon Jackson of Natchez; two special nieces, Jacqueline Henderson of Tacoma, Wash., and Linda Bolden of Champaign; and a number of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
