FOULES, La. — Services for Vera Franklin, 76, of Foules, who died Monday, June 29, 2009, will be at noon today at Zion Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Richardson & Sims Funeral Home, Inc., in Winnsboro, La.
Ms. Franklin was a retired educator.
