Six car burglaries reported this week

NATCHEZ —Six vehicles were burglarized Monday evening, five of which were unlocked.
In the 100 block of Pilgrim Boulevard, a wallet, credit cards, a small amount of cash and keys were taken out of a purse that was left in the vehicle.
An insurance card and papers were taken out of a vehicle in the 3600 block of Peachtree Drive.
Some candy, an umbrella and a cell phone — which was later recovered at the end of the road — were stolen from a car in the 200 block of Dana Road.
A cell phone and a box of cigarettes were stolen from a car in the 600 block of High Street.
In the 100 block of Woodhaven Road, $10 and a lawn chair were stolen, and the victim reported seeing a red Ford F150 with a body style ranging between 1996 and 2002 drive off.
Lastly, it was reported that a truck was entered via the back window on Brenham Avenue, but nothing was taken.
Natchez Police are investigating.
