NATCHEZ — A Natchez teen was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly broke into his ex-girlfriend’s Brooklyn Drive residence.

Adams County Sheriff’s Office Invesitgator Ricky Stevens said Jamale Minor, 17, allegedly forced open the door to the woman’s bedroom, held a knife to her neck and attempted to have sex with her.

The woman fought with Minor and his attempts were unsuccessful.

Minor has been charged with burglary and aggravated assault.

He is being held without bond.
