TEN YEARS AGO — Dustin Case sends a 1-1 fastball over the fence in right field for a grand slam home run as the Natchez Wallace All-Stars defeat Lincoln County 4-2 to advance to the district tournament finals.

FIVE YEARS AGO — The Natchez 14-year-old All-Stars are eliminated from the state tournament in a 11-0 loss to Laurel in which its left-handed pitcher throws a no-hitter and strikes out 14 of 17 batters.
