BROOKHAVEN — Services for Justin Michael Smith, 27, of Meadville, who died Sunday, July 19, 2009, in Brookhaven, were Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at New Sight Baptist Church.
Burial followed at the church cemetery under the direction of Riverwood Family Funeral Home in Brookhaven.
Mr. Smith was born Dec. 28, 1981, the son of Dwight Anthony Smith and Janice Mullen Smith. He attended Brookhaven High School and Enterprise Attendance Center. He was owner and operator of Justin Smith Trucking.
Mr. Smith was a member of New Sight Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy Gene Mullen; his grandmother, Annie Carlisle Lambert; and his grandfather, George Smith.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Tommy Joe Smith; his father; his fiancée, Amy Rollins of Meadville; two daughters, Palyn Mae Smith and Halley Ellas Smith; one sister, Tracey Case and husband, Anthony, of Brookhaven; one stepbrother, John David Smith and wife, Kelly, of Wesson; one stepsister, Tracey Edwards and husband, Tim, of Brookhaven; grandparents, Paul and Emma Gilbert; step-grandmother, Grace Allen Smith; and a number of nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends.
