Airport Road watch meeting to be Aug. 27

VIDALIA — The Airport Road-area neighborhood watch meeting will be 6 p.m. Aug. 27 at the Vidalia First Assembly of God.

The Airport Road area neighborhood watch region includes Audubon Acres, Mooselodge Road, Vail Acres, East Road, McElwee Road, Summer Lane, Eagle Road, Ralph Road, Stephens Road, Belle Grove Circle, North Grove, Laura Lane, Minorca, Westside Drive, Blaney Road, Terry Circle, Twin Oaks, Little Acres, Ashley Lane, Concordia Park, Sage Road, B.J. Road, Forest Road and Rountree Road.

Supper will be served, and issues to be discussed include the new CodeRed warning system, residential safety and disaster safety.
