NATCHEZ — After running Natchez Community Hospital for the past four years, CEO Tim Trottier is leaving Natchez.

Friday officials at Easton Hospital, in Easton Penn., announced Trottier had accepted a position as CEO at the Pennsylvania facility.

While Trottier could not be reached for comment Friday, his departure from Natchez Community Hospital also marks a departure from his current employer Health Management Associates.

Easton hospital is owned by Community Health Systems, of Franklin, Tenn.

And while Trottier won’t be taking over his new post until Sept. 8 it’s unclear who will be managing Natchez Community Hospital in his absence.

Multiple calls to HMA headquarters regarding Trottier’s replacement went unanswered Friday.
