NATCHEZ — Services for Mrs. Patsy Roberts, 64, of Vidalia, who died Friday, Aug. 21, 2009, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, were Saturday with the Rev. Richard Cullum officiating under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Mrs. Roberts was born Oct. 14, 1944, in Newport, Ark., the daughter of Homer Elijah Dunn and Eulah Elizabeth Dunn. She was a resident of Vidalia, a housewife and a member of Sycamore Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother; husband Troy Roberts Sr.; sister Joyce Davenport and two brothers-in-law, Bill Denham and Paul Davenport.
Survivors include one son, Troy Roberts Jr. and wife, Janna, of Collins; one daughter, Cindy Craft and husband, Mark, of Vidalia; her father; 10 grandchildren, Trey, Shellie, Olivia, Elijah and Joseph Roberts, Hayden and Hunter Moffett, and Cade, Tori and Anna Craft; one great-grandchild, Avery Moffett and mother, Jenny Watson; one sister, Betty Denham of Cherokee Village, Ark.; one brother, Buddy Dunn and wife, Etta, of Newport, Ark., and former husband and beloved friend, Chuck Deweese Sr., of Vidalia.
Pallbearers were Troy and Trey Roberts, Mark and Cade Craft and Hayden and Hunter Moffett.
