RIDGELAND — Services for Marian Mitchell “Aunt Mae” Lance, 93, who died Saturday, Aug. 22, 2009, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, were 2 p.m. Monday at New Hope Presbyterian near Cascilla.
Burial followed at the church cemetery under the direction of Womble Funeral Home in Charleston.
Mrs. Lance was a retired receiving clerk at Sears. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.
Survivors include four daughters, Frances L. Praytor of Ridgeland, Georgia L. Fallin of Natchez, Selena L. Parker of Duck Hill and Martha Mae L. Ammons of Jackson; one sister, Eloise M. Erwin of Charleston; one brother, Basil R. Mitchell of Purvis; 13 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
