Peggy Crutchfield

PENSACOLA, Fla. — Peggy Fouraker Crutchfield, 72, of Pensacola, Fla., formerly of Vidalia, died at her residence Thursday, Aug. 20, 2009, after a lengthy illness.
Trahan Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Albert and Mable Leona Fouraker of Wamego, Kan.; her husband, George T. Crutchfield; and one brother, George Fouraker.
Survivors include two sons, John Clinton Crutchfield and special daughter-in-law, Shirley M. Dawson, of Gulfport, and Curtis Crutchfield and wife, Lisa, of Vidalia; one daughter, Nancy Crutchfield of Pensacola; two sisters, Patricia Malloy and husband, Byron, of Everett, Wash., and Shirley Sue Roscovious and husband, Bob, of Wamego; four grandchildren, Curt Crutchfield Jr., Nikki Reyes and husband, Levi, Linda Michelle Dawson and James Dawson Jr., and fiancée Jana Williams; three great-grandchildren, Bailey Reyes, Drake Dawson and Cheyenne Williams; and a number nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to her personal nurse and friends Gwen Johnson, Dr. Grace Torres-Hodges, Dr. Katherine Price and all other caregivers.
