Natchez — Britton & Koontz Bank recently announced that Deanna Bowser has joined the bank as vice president of lending in Natchez. With more than 15 years in community banking, Bowser comes to B&K from the Community Bank of DuPage in Downers Grove, Ill., where she was a commercial lender.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Elmhurst College in finance and geography. She and her husband Ed, who has family in Natchez, have been visiting Natchez for several years before making their home in town.
