New chef cooking up a storm at Natchez Manor

Natchez — Chef Napoleon Smith is sharing his culinary skills with the Miss-Lou in his new position as chef at Natchez Manor in downtown Natchez.
Smith is a graduate of Jackson State University, Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburg and Johnson and Wales University in Providence, R.I.
He has worked as the V.I.P. Chef of the New England Patriots and as a chef of coporate dining in Miami. Smith said he has expanded his food knowledge and love of good food by traveling throughout the United States and Europe.
He enjoys spending time with his family and attending sporting events.
