TEXARKANA, Ark. — Graveside services and Masonic rites for Frank Ben Aumiller Jr., 82, of Beaumont, Texas, who died Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009, in Beaumont, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at East Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Craig Jenkins officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home in Texarkana, Ark.
Mr. Aumiller was born April. 9, 1927, in Tampa, Fla. He was the owner of Kandy Oil Company in Genoa, Ark. He was a graduate of Louisiana State University.
Mr. Aumiller was a former deacon in the Baptist church, a volunteer at Baptist Health in Beaumont and a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 50 years where he served as past Master. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thomie Claire Aumiller; and one son, Frank Ben Aumiller III.
Survivors include one daughter, Madeline Aumiller of Shreveport, La.; one son, Rodney Lewis Aumiller and wife, Brandee, of Beaumont; four sisters, Ruth Webb and Faye Spillar, both of Lake Charles, La., Pat Vines of Baton Rouge and Dot Hicks of Jackson; one brother, Jack Aumiller of Lake Charles; and a number of grandchilren; and great-grandchildren.
