Derix Perryman

FAYETTE – Services for Derix Martell Perryman, 39, of Fayette, who died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, at University Medical Center in Jackson, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rose Hill No. 2 with the Rev. James Beverly officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home of Fayette.
Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Perryman was born Feb. 4, 1970, in Adams County, the son of Roy Perryman and Patricia Williams-Perryman.
He was a member of Rose Hill No. 2 Baptist Church.
Mr. Perryman was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; one daughter, Brittany Lashe Perryman of St. Louis; one son, JaDarrius Arkell Thomas of Fayette; two brothers, Desmond Perryman and Kelcey Ellis, both of Fayette; 10 uncles, Wilbert Williams, Lorel Johnson, Maurice Johnson, Pernell Rowan, Willie Rowan Jr., Robert Perryman Jr., Alford Perryman, Jackie Perryman, Ray Perryman and Earl Perryman; six aunts, Paulette Haley, Ophelia Rowan, Janis White, Mary Joyce Pree, Lorraine Simon and Sharon Perryman; special cousins, Sadria Colenburg and Cheryl Kariuki; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the family.
