Nolan Bridgewater

NATCHEZ — Services for Nolan “Bo” Bridgewater, 59, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009, at his residence, were 1 p.m. Wednesday at Macedonia Baptist Church.
Burial followed at Pine Hill Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.
Mr. Bridgewater was born June 19, 1950, in Adams County, the son of Clarence Bridgewater Sr. and Bessie Mae Montgomery Bridgewater.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Nolan Toriano Smith; one sister, Deloris Bridgewater; and one brother, Grover Lee Bridgewater.
Survivors include three children, Charity R. Bridgewater and husband, Collins Hunter, of Riverdale, Ga., Shantel Preston and Montrel Preston, both of Ocean Springs; four sisters, Mary A. Kearney of North Carolina, Gladys B. Minor, Bessie Lee Johnson and husband, Jimmy, and Felicia R. Irving, all of Natchez; two brothers, Burnett Bridgewater of Natchez and Gary E. Bridgewater of Pascagoula; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
