FAYETTE — Services for Luebirtha Cook, 63, of Fayette, who died Monday, Sept. 28, 2009, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fayette, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Taylor Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Percy Turner officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Spencer Funeral Home in Fayette.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
