NATCHEZ — Clay Brandon Porter, 75, of Natchez, died Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, at Natchez Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Clay was the son of Ed and Mary Porter. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was retired from International Paper Company.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred; his parents; one sister, Margaret Powell; and two brothers, Claude E. Porter and Arthur R. Porter.

Survivors include one sister, Mary Porter Latham; three brothers, Delton, Harry and Kenneth Porter; a step-granddaughter, Britton McKinney Turner, of Panama City, Fla.; three step-great-grandchildren, Abby, Jake and Maly; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Porter donated his body to science.
