Mable Frazer

CROSBY — Services for Mable Frazer, 97, of Crosby, who died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Union Baptist Church in Crosby with the Rev. Earnest Ford officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home in Gloster.
Mrs. Frazer was born Oct. 9, 1912, in Mississippi, the daughter of the Rev. A.A. Anderson and Cephus Willliam Anderson. She was a 1958 graduate of Alcorn State University and was employed by Wilkinson County from 1935 to 1977 as a teacher. She was a member of the church Usher Board and Mother Board. Mrs. Frazer also served as secretary and treasurer of the Eastern Star and was president of the Retired Teacher Association.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Frazer; two sisters; and one brother.
Survivors include one son, Eddie Lee Hunter of Natchez; three foster children, Linda Fay McNeil of Baton Rouge, Charline McNeil of Natchez and Perry McNeil of Jackson.
