Natchez girls and boys soccer teams post big wins over Jim Hill

JACKSON — The Natchez High girls soccer team posted a 7-0 victory over Jim Hill thanks to Keidra Fleming’s four goals.
Fleming scored twice in the first half, with both goals coming off of assists from Jordan Hughes.
Amanda Davis also added a first-half goal with an assist from Mirna Hernandez to put the Lady Bulldogs up 3-0 at halftime.
It was more of the same in the second half, as Fleming scored twice more off of assists from Cylyntha Williams.
Williams scored two goals herself in the second half to compete the rout. Her first goal was assisted by Jerica Mayfield and Fleming had the assist on Williams’ second goal.
The Natchez High boys also posted a big win over Jim Hill, as they defeated the Tigers 4-1.
Kent Calvit scored early in the first half while Calvin McKnight also talled a first-half goal for the Bulldogs with an assist from Calvit.
Natchez put the game away in the second half with goals by Calvit and Mohammad Khatib.
