CROSBY — Connie Gail Thornburg, 55, of Crosby, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010, at her residence.

A private family service will be at a later date under the direction of Brown Funeral Home in Gloster.

Ms. Thornburg was born May 5, 1954, in Natchez, the daughter of Norman H. Thornburg Sr. and Lois Caffery Thornburg.

Survivors include one daughter, Charlotte Buckles of Vidalia; one sister, Kathy Palmer of Crosby; one brother, Huby Thornburg of Natchez; two grandchildren; one niece, Sarah Kinabrew of Centreville; and one nephew, Jake Thornburg of Natchez.

The family requests donations be made to a charity of choice.
