LEMESA, Texas — Services for Clyde Marvin May, 85, of Lemesa, Texas, who died Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be early afternoon on Tuesday at Crestview Baptist Church in Lemesa.

Burial will follow in Dawson County Cemetery under the direction of Brannon Funeral Home in Lemesa.

Clyde “Red” May was born May 13, 1924, in east Texas, the son of Henry Walter May and Willie Pearl Bailey. Mr. May was a member of Crestview Baptist Church and a member of the local Oddfellow Lodge.

Survivors include two daughters, Clydia May-Aldridge of Nashville, Tenn., and Dana May Dent and husband Jim of Natchez; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Natchez or to the charity of your choice.
