NATCHEZ — Services for Lissa Boyette Spears, 48, of Natchez, who died Monday, March 22, 2010, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at noon Wednesday at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with the Rev. Ray Holland and the Rev. Mitch Dulaney officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Spears was born Jan. 18, 1962, in Rockford, Ill., the daughter of Byron Boyette and Joyce Elaine Stone Boyette. She was a member of Trace City Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin Spears and her mother.

Survivors include three daughters, Amanda Spears, Dacia Spears and Jenna Spears; one granddaughter, Melaina Spears, all of Natchez; two brothers, Stephen Boyette of Denham Springs, La. and Jeffrey Boyette of Goldsboro, N.C.; her father; and father and mother-in-law, Jerry and Becky Spears, all of Natchez.

Pallbearers will be Spanky Brumfield, Jake Brumfield, Matthew Moore, Robin Blake, Daniel Cavin, Roger McCranie, Burl Roberts and R.T. Foreman.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Trace City Baptist Church.
