VIDALIA — Services for Elnora “Beulah” Hollins, 82, of Vidalia, who died Friday, April 9, 2010, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be at noon Saturday at St. Stephen Baptist Church with the Rev. Justin Conner officiating.
Burial will follow at Vidalia Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hollins was born Jan. 27, 1928, in Tunica, the daughter of Joe and Mary Scott Montgomery. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Hollins Sr.; one son, Roger Hollins Jr.; and three grandchildren.
Survivors include five sons, Matthew Scott and wife, Debra, of New Orleans, Donald R. Scott and wife, Denise, of Minneapolis, Minn., Rickey Hollins and wife, Catrina, Randy Scott, all of Vidalia; and Andrew Hollins Sr. of Ferriday; six daughters, Rosa Henderson and husband, Cemauel, Aline Carter and husband, Lawrence, and Patricia Scott, all of Ferriday, Earline Scott and husband, John, and Elnora Young and husband, Rickey, all of New Orleans, and Emmieline Scott of Vidalia; one brother, Willie Wilson and wife, Rose, of New Orleans; two sisters, Fannie Boyd of Vidalia and Theresa Wilson of New Orleans; 30 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and two godchildren, Keith Johnson and Jerricia Hall, both of Ferriday.
