WOODVILLE — Services for Albin Major “Putt” Randall Jr., 71, of Woodville, who died Monday, April 19, 2010, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Newman Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville with the Rev. Pat Smith officiating.

Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Newman Funeral Home in Woodville.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mr. Randall was born June 18, 1938, in New Roads, La., the son of A.M. Randall Sr. and Fern L. Catchings. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Woodville. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University and a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda McCann Randall; his parents; and two infant daughters, Kimberly Kay and Cappy Marie Randall.

Survivors include one son, William Nick Randall; four brothers, Jimmie Randall and wife, Mary Katherine, Rory Randall and wife, Deborah, and Charlie Randall, all of Woodville, and Billy Catchings and wife, Sue, of St. Francisville, La.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Randy Bell, Paul Randall, Al Randall, Wettlin Treppendahl, Jerry Foster and Gary D’Aquilla.
