BROOKHAVEN — Services for Jeffrey Gilbert Spence, 45, of Brookhaven, who died Saturday, April 24, 2010, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel in Brookhaven

Burial will follow at Riverwood Memorial Park under the direction of Riverwood Family Funeral Service.

Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mr. Spence was born Dec. 11, 1964, the son of Gene Spence and Helen Delores Beach Spence. He was a member of Pearlhaven Baptist Church and served as past master of Brookhaven Lodge 3241, F&AM. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Coy G. and Corinna Spence and Spugeon and Myrtle Beach.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Diane Nevels Spence; his parents; three step-children, Eddie, Sidney and Amanda Warren; three step-grandchildren, Logan, Matthew and Madison; two sisters, Jodie Lynette Sartin and husband Steve and Rebecca Yvonne McDowell and husband Tim; one brother-in-law, Kenneth Hall; two nephews, Hunter McDowell and Brady Hall; three nieces, Emily McDowell, Kristen Hall and Robyn Sartin, and great niece and nephew Kyler and Hayden McDowell.
