Fire department paid just tribute

I would like to commend the Natchez Fire Department in their final salute to Henry Phillip “Pete” Frank.
Pete was buried in Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery on Monday.
The presence of the fire trucks and the firemen saluting was outstanding and will be remembered by Pete’s family and friends.
Pete was “one of their own,” a retired fireman protecting the life and property of our citizens more than 20 years. His son, Buddie, has followed him in this profession, the protection of life and property, as a deputy with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
My hat is off to our fire chief and his staff for being there for Pete and to the city officials for allowing this presentation.
