NATCHEZ — Services for Gail Marie Briggs Williams, 54, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Roxie, who died Thursday, May 13, 2010, in Ohio, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Burial will follow at Zion Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Williams was born March 23, 1956, in Roxie, the daughter of Johnny and Dorothy Briggs. She was a 1974 graduate of Franklin High School.

She was preceded in death by her father; one brother; and one nephew.

Survivors include a loving daughter, Stasia Monique Williams of Ohio; a devoted son, Keon Briggs and wife, Melanie, of Ohio; her mother of Roxie; one granddaughter, Kennady Briggs; three sisters, Vernell Bateaste and husband, James, Ruth Briggs, all of Beaumont, Texas and Senora Briggs of Roxie; seven brothers, Jimmie Briggs and wife, Evelena of Gulfport, Joel Briggs, Diyral Briggs, both of Cincinnati, Vextric Briggs, Greg Briggs and wife, Joy, all of Houston, Texas and Vincent Briggs and wife, Stacy, of Roxie; three uncles, Curt Briggs, Luther Heidelburg and Dave Briggs; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
