Vicksburg man pleads guilty in child porn case
NATCHEZ (AP) — A 21-year-old Vicksburg man has pleaded guilty to four counts of production of child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography.
Bryan Blake Neihaus pleaded guilty Tuesday and will be sentenced Aug. 17 in U.S. District Court in Natchez.
He faces up to 140 years in prison and $1.5 million in fines.
U.S. Attorney Donald R. Burkhalter said in a news release Wednesday that an investigation showed Neihaus had traded child pornographic images and videos on the Internet.
Burkhalter said examination of Neihaus’ computer and external storage devices found more images and videos, including two videos showing Neihaus engaged in sexual acts with a known minor.
