MEADVILLE — Services for Morris Lenfield Temple, 90, of Meadville, who died Thursday, July 1, 2010, at Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Meadville, will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Mr. Temple was born Feb. 21, 1920, in Franklin County, the son of Charles Temple and Clara Stevens Temple. He was retired from International Paper Company in Natchez. He was a member of Meadville Baptist Church.

Mr. Temple also served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; one sister; and one grandson.

Survivors include his wife, Margarette Temple; one son, David Temple of Vicksburg; two daughters, Barbara Dunn of Dallas and Evelyn Lee of Bude; one brother, J.C. Temple of Meadville; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
