WINNSBORO — It doesn’t take the Concordia Dixie Youth 10-year-old All-Stars six innings to win. In fact, lately it only takes four.

The 10s have won their last two tournament games handily by 10-run ruling their opponents in just four innings.

Concordia defeated Catahoula Parish 16-4 Monday night, advancing to play South Franklin at 8 tonight.

Nearly everyone hit, in a batting order led by Landon Havard, 3-3 with a double, Trey Buckles, 2-3, and Lee Lancaster 2-3.

Reid Richard took the win on the mound.

The 10s, coached by George Cupit, defeated Winnsboro 12-2 Saturday night.
