LELAND, La. — Services for William J. Cotten, 81, of Sicily Island, La., who died Thursday, July 15, 2010, in Winnsboro, La., will be at 2 p.m. today at New Hope Apostolic Church with the Revs. Chris Hamilton and Jason Paul officiating.

Burial will follow at New Pine Hill Cemetery under the direction of Comer Funeral Home.
